FY16 Congressional earmark will continue to support the strenghtening of regional fistula care hub initiated in Niger to achieve high quality fistula prevention & repair, training of providers, implementation research, demonstrating and sharing of best practicies including effective integration of fistula care with FP at service delivery sites.
